Walter E. Washington Convention Center is Events DC’s 210,000 square meter-convention center in Washington DC. It was completed in 2003 in a super block bound by the 7th, 9th N streets and the Mount Vernon Square. It is easily accessible through Washington Metro’s Yellow and Green lines of the Mount Vernon Square station. The Convention Center was designed by the joint venture of the Atlanta-based architecture firm and the Washington DC-based architects. It is the venue for so many major events.
