The mall includes a theater originally built in 1969 and renovated in 2017 as Pruneyard Cinemas. The Center is owned by Federal Realty Investment Trust. It has 236 stores and services with three anchor tenants. Aside from the shopping center and the movie theater, Pruneyard also has inn, the DoubleTree by Hilton and other three office towers.
