Yeosu Airport - RSU South Korea
Yeosu Airport is a public airport that services the city of Yeosu, South Korea. The airport, with an IATA code of RSU, is operated by the Korea Airports Corporation in Seoul. It has a single asphalt runway measuring 1.3 miles and has two passenger airlines that operate out of the terminal - Asiana Airlines and Korean Air - that both travel to Jeju and Seoul. In 2018, Yeosu Airport accommodated half a million passengers.

Yeosu Airport’s website markets it as “a friendly airport; an airport you want to visit again.” Its smaller exterior belies its convenient facilities, including car rental booths, restaurants, and even a fine art gallery. Construction on Yeosu Airport’s facilities was first completed in 1971. It was not until 1998 that the terminal would undergo an expansion program that would be completed in 2006. Yeosu Airport is a gateway to several main South Korean cities, including Sanghwa, Migok, and Gwangyang in South Jeolla.
