The NorthPark Center or NorthPark Mall in Dallas, Texas is an upscale shopping mall housing more than 235 establishments. First opened in 1965, it is designed to include art as part of its landscape. In fact, it is one of the first commercial hubs in the country to provide a space for art displays. It is also home to Bookmarks, the country’s first children’s library installed in a shopping mall.
