Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas, Texas, United States of America

The Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, Texas is home to the contemporary sculpture collection of Patsy and Raymond Nasher. The Nashers started collecting sculptures in the mid-20th century. Inaugurated in 2003, it showcases rotating exhibits drawn from its collection. It also features special exhibits in its indoor and outdoor galleries. Other facilities onsite include an auditorium, boardroom, gift shop, and institute offices. 

There are many fun things to do in the area, such as visiting Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. It depicts and preserves the history of the Holocaust, as it aims to advance human rights to combat indifference, hatred, and prejudice. Founded in 1984, it has a permanent exhibit in 4 wings, Orientation Wing, Holocaust/Shoah Wing, Human Rights Wing, and Pivot to America Wing. Tourists should also visit AT&T Stadium in the nearby Arlington. It is a retractable roof stadium completed in 2009. It is the home of the National Football League’s (NFL) Dallas Cowboys. Aside from football matches, it also hosts basketball matches, concerts, rodeos, and many more. Another interesting, nearby site to visit is Southfork Ranch. It was originally a house established by Joe Duncan in 1970. Back then, it was called “Duncan Acres”. Today, it is a conference and event center.
